One end reinforced underwater oil hose
Main Carcass Main Liner/Inner Tube: Smooth, oil and fuel resistant pure seamless and extruded acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR); safety liner
Shell: Smooth black synthetic rubber, synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion, oil, sea water and sunlight.
Fittings: Terminal connections built into the fabrication process. ASME B 16.5 150 lb or 300 lb weld neck flat or raised face upon request.
Testing: All tests as per GMPHOM 2009 and customer details.
Standards and Specifications: ZBON single carcass hoses are designed and manufactured in full compliance with OCIMF standards. These products are also regulated by ISO 9000
Rated working pressure: The RWP of the tubing is at least 15 bar. Hoses with 19 bar and 21 bar are also available if specified by the customer. They are suitable for operation at internal pressures from minus 0.85 bar to RWP.
Flow rate: The lining of the Zebang subsea hose is made of elastomer and fabric, suitable for continuous operation at a flow rate of 21m/s.
Application: Submarine hose is suitable for use with crude oil and liquid petroleum products from -20℃ to 82℃, and the aromatic hydrocarbon content is not greater than 50% by volume.
Electrical Continuity: The copper wire and spiral wire will provide a low resistance connection.
