In 2019, the Liwang Fluid Smart Industrial Park project covering an area of about 130,000 square meters was put into production.
Our company currently has 46 high-speed braiding machines, 12 steel wire winding production lines, 8 industrial pipe forming production lines, more than 200 fluid connector processing equipment, 3 fully automatic rubber compounding production lines, a rubber compounding processing capacity of 25,000 tons, an annual production capacity of 30 million meters for hydraulic hoses, petrochemical and other industrial hoses, and 20 million pieces of rubber seals and related products.
After the project is fully put into production, it is expected that the production and sales of various hoses will reach 120 million meters, the production and sales of rubber compounds will reach 35,000 tons, the production and sales of seals and related products will increase by tens of millions of pieces, the output of fluid connectors will reach 50 million sets, and the output value is expected to exceed 2 billion yuan.
