Main line floating oil hose
Inner rubber : Smooth, crude oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement : Multiple layers of high-strength cords. One embedded spiral main steel wire.
Inner tube outer rubber: black synthetic rubber, smooth and oil-resistant rubber.
Floating Material: PE closed cell foam.
Outer layer: Smooth black synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, oil, seawater and sunlight. With spiral orange band on the surface.
Flanged Fittings: ASME B 16.5 150 lb or 300 lb weld neck flat face or raised face as per requirement.
The products are divided into two types of tests: single carcass and double carcass: all tests are carried out according to GMPHOM 2009 standard or customer special requirements.
Application: Offshore floating oil hose is designed to transport crude oil and liquid petroleum products between loading and unloading vessels in offshore mooring systems.
Features: 1. Separate PE foam layer to prevent water absorption. 2. Outer rubber layer has excellent resistance to wear, UV, aging and corrosive environment. 3. Easy installation and less maintenance. 4. Steel flanges are available. 5. Rated working pressure
