The unique and superior clamping bolt system consists of the bearing box systems, bolts, and fixation systems. The bearing box system allows the bolts to be quickly and accurately seated and easily tightened, and the fixation system can prevent the bolts from rotating when tightened. All bolts are rolled and coated with anti-corrosion materials and lubricants. The outer cover is made of plastic, the heavy-duty hexagonal nut makes the whole assembly and disassemby process easier, and disassembly process easier, and all the clamping bolts can be removed and installed from the side for easy disassembly.

 

ACCURATE  MULTI-POINT  POSITIONING  SYSTEM  MAKES  MAINTENANCE  EASIER

An accurate multi-point positioning system is adopted for Letone’s detachable plate heat exchanger. The four-corner positioning system of the type with the diameter of the corner hole less than 100mm allows the guide bar above and below the plate to be accurately embedded together as the axle center. The five-point positioning system of the type with the diameter of the corner hole more than 150mm allows the plate to be positioned by multiple metal-metal contact points, where the contact points of the upper guide bar can prevent the plate from moving up and down, and the contact points of the lower guide bar can restrict the plate from moving left and right. By adopting multi-point positioning technology, the plate group can move forward and backward without resistance on the guide bar, complete maintenance work easily and simply and make the plates accurately assembled during the reinstallation, the gaskets sealed accurately and exactly and the plate group completely reset, thus ensuring the life of the heat exchanger after disassembly and assembly is also more durable. Moreover, the plate heat exchanger with a multi-point positioning system only needs one person who can easily disassemble and assemble the heat exchanger with a simple tool even without any experience, which is unmatched by other plate heat exchangers.

British advanced rubber formula and raw materials provided by manufacturers interna-tionally renowned are adopted for Letone’s plate heat exchanger, and then professionally formulated by domestic well-known rubber engineers. The gasket produced has no irritating odor and conforms to product grade standards.

The heat transfer oil is heated and vulcanized to ensure a smooth high temperature required for vulcanization and make the rubber sufficiently vulcanized. The international advanced technology of secondary vulcanization is used for gasket primarily vulcanized to ensure better performance of the gasket.
