Made of high-strength alloy steel, strict heat treatment ensures that the joint has uniform metallographic structure and pressure bearing capacity. The materials used fully comply with the American ASTM and AISI standards, and the product technical indicators fully comply with the API Spec 6A standard. The product has reliable sealing, fast loading and unloading, and good general interchangeability. The product can be connected with pipeline threads, oil pipe threads, butt welding or compression seal ends.

 

The insulating design of the 211 type union eliminates metal-to-metal contact in the connection, while the composite anti-wear precision-made synthetic rubber provides an effective seal. The replaceable annular seal assembly can extend the service life of the union.

 Recommended for applications where electrolytic corrosion is a problem or where electrostatic isolation of a line section is required.
