Made of high-strength alloy steel, strict heat treatment ensures that the joint has uniform metallographic structure and pressure bearing capacity. The materials used fully comply with the American ASTM and AISI standards, and the product technical indicators fully comply with the API Spec 6A standard. The product has reliable sealing, fast loading and unloading, and good general interchangeability. The product can be connected with pipeline threads, oil pipe threads, butt welding or compression seal ends.

 

The 1003 union has a spherical seat that provides 71/2 degrees of deflection or angle adjustment from the center, with a total deflection capacity of 15 degrees. In addition to the steel-to-steel fit, a nitrile rubber O-ring ensures airtightness in any deflected position. Pipeline thread or butt welding connections are available.

Recommended for high pressure pipeline connection when alignment is not possible, and can be used in air, water, oil, mud or gas applications.
