It is forged with high-strength alloy steel. Strict heat treatment ensures that the joint has uniform metallographic structure and pressure bearing capacity. The materials used fully comply with the American ASTM and AISI standards, and the product technical indicators fully comply with API 

 

Spec 6A standard, the product has reliable sealing, quick loading and unloading, and good universal interchangeability. The product can be connected with pipeline thread, oil pipe thread, butt welding or compression seal end.

 

Model 1002 is equipped with a flexible nitrile rubber sealing ring

Recommended for cementing, fracturing, acidizing, testing and plugging and killing pipelines. Designed for high pressure systems, including vehicle-mounted systems. Can also be used as a pressureless sealing union. Available in welded Sch.160 or XXH.
